In 2016 Grayson Lakes had 50 homes listed on the market, 14 of which are still active or pending.

Out of the 26 that sold, 14 sold in less than 30 days, 7 sold in 31-60 days, 4 in 61-90 days and 4 took 91-120 days.

24 of the homes were in the 300,000-$399,999 sales price range with the average sales price (SP) per sq ft being $119.53; the majority of sales occurred in the months of March, April, June, August and November.

Most homes sold 0-8% below their list price with the average being sold at 3% below their list price.
