2016 Woodcreek Reserve Real Estate Market Report
In 2016 Woodcreek Reserve had 49 homes listed on the market, 12 of which are still active.
Out of the 38Â that sold, 9Â sold in less than 30 days, 6Â sold in 31-60 days, 9Â in 61-90 days and 4Â took 91-120 days.
23Â of the homes were in the 300,000-$399,999 sales price range with the average sales price (SP) er sq ft being $112.68; the hottest months for sales were March, October, November and December.
Most homes sold 0-15% below their list price with the average being sold at 3% below their list price.
